How mesh is used
In Rayon Industry, rayon fiber is formed from the ripened solutions by treatment with a mineral acid, such as sulphuric acid. Rayon is prepared by mechanically pulping plant cellulose and then chemically liquefying the pulp with toxic chemicals. The pulp is then extruded to produce fibres which are spun into yarns, and then knit or woven into a fabric. Wire mesh products are used for filtering various substances for the manufacturing process of rayon.
