About this product

Compared to copper, Brass has low electrical conductivity and is frequently used in sieving diversified pellets, powder, porcelain clay and glass, chinaware printing, filtering liquid and gas. The chemical composition of brass is 60-70% copper plus 30-40% zinc. Brass is superior to copper in abrasion resistance and tensile strength, but electrical conductivity of brass wire is considerably lower than that for copper wire. Brass mesh can be bent by hand and effortlessly cut with tin snips and a common scissor.

Brass dutch weave wire mesh or wire netting is a type of weave with larger warp wires than the weft wires. In Dutch wire cloth, the main feature is the warp and weft wire diameter thereby forming a firm and strong cloth producing a cloth with no readily visible apertures. The greater contrast density improves net thickness and filtering accuracy and the mesh will have greater life and will have a more significant increase than the average square mesh. The plain Brass dutch weave has a high filtering level and high pressure load resistance. This Brass dutch weave wire mesh is strong and stable, easy to clean and with a good flow rate suitable for high-pressure liquid/solid separation. Brass dutch weave wire mesh is widely utilized as filter fittings for chemical industry, medicine, petroleum, scientific research units due to its stable and fine filtration ability.

Brass Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is available in different sizes and wide-range can be customized to fit your exact specifications in order to meet your specific application requirements. Brass dutch weave wire mesh could be woven and welded.

Applications

Brass dutch weave wire mesh is extensively used for the fuel filter, precision pressure filters, vacuum filter, as filter materials, fluid, vacuum, and pressure filtration of liquids and gases, and many more uses. Brass dutch weave wire mesh is used for separation of solids and clear filtration of liquids, as in the cleaning of fuels or hydraulic liquids, or in water treatment in chemical, mining industry and find applications in a wide range of industries according to mesh sizes and wire mesh materials.
