About this product
Compared to copper, Brass has low electrical conductivity and is frequently used in sieving diversified pellets, powder, porcelain clay and glass, chinaware printing, filtering liquid and gas. The chemical composition of brass is 60-70% copper plus 30-40% zinc. Brass is superior to copper in abrasion resistance and tensile strength, but electrical conductivity of brass wire is considerably lower than that for copper wire. Brass mesh can be bent by hand and effortlessly cut with tin snips and a common scissor.
Brass Twill Dutch weave wire mesh is the combination of dutch weave wire mesh and twill weave wire mesh in which the weft wires passes alternately over and under two warp wire forming a finer mesh in the warp direction and the warp wires forms a coarser mesh in the warp direction in the same weaving. Brass Twill Dutch weave wire mesh is superior to the twill weave wire mesh because of the finer openings. It can support greater loads than the Dutch weave wire mesh. The Dutch Twill Weave is the finest filtration rate obtained with this type of weave. This type of weave is made up of a limited number of warp wires interwoven with the maximum number of weft wires, thereby forming a firm and strong cloth. The Brass Twill Dutch weave has a high filtering level and high pressure load resistance.
Brass Twill Dutch Weave Mesh is produced with the weft wires packed together in the same principle as Plain Dutch Weave but with double the number of weft wires woven in an over two, under two pattern. The weft wires overlie each other creating a sinuous path of filtration making the cloth robust with a smooth surface and the finer weft wires and micro pore sizes provide outstanding flow characteristics.
Brass Twill Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is available in different sizes and wide-range can be customized to fit your exact specifications in order to meet your specific application requirements. Brass Twill Dutch Weave Wire Mesh could be Woven and Welded.
Applications
Brass Twill Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is extensively used for filtering heavy materials since it supports greater loads than the dutch weave and has finer openings than the plain weave. Brass Twill Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is widely utilized as the finest filtration in hydraulic systems, especially for critical applications, such as aero-space and fuel and find applications in a wide range of industries according to mesh sizes and Brass Twill Dutch Weave Wire Mesh materials.
