About this product

Copper when exposed to the atmosphere it will naturally develop a thin green layer, known as patina. Copper’s unique colour makes it a very popular option for many different types of users, including designers, artists, architects and homeowners. Copper possesses electromagnetic and thermal conduction properties and is highly resistant to atmospheric corrosion. Copper is anti-sparkling in nature, has low tensile strength, is deprived of wear and tears and they darken after some time period. Copper exhibits a white or silver easy to clean surface.

Copper Twill Dutch weave wire mesh is the combination of dutch weave wire mesh and twill weave wire mesh in which the weft wires passes alternately over and under two warp wire forming a finer mesh in the warp direction and the warp wires forms a coarser mesh in the warp direction in the same weaving. Copper Twill Dutch weave wire mesh is superior to the twill weave wire mesh because of the finer openings. It can support greater loads than the Dutch weave wire mesh. The Dutch Twill Weave is the finest filtration rate obtained with this type of weave. This type of weave is made up of a limited number of warp wires interwoven with the maximum number of weft wires, thereby forming a firm and strong cloth. The Copper Twill Dutch weave has a high filtering level and high pressure load resistance.

Copper Twill Dutch Weave Mesh is produced with the weft wires packed together in the same principle as Plain Dutch Weave but with double the number of weft wires woven in an over two, under two pattern. The weft wires overlie each other creating a sinuous path of filtration making the cloth robust with a smooth surface and the finer weft wires and micro pore sizes provide outstanding flow characteristics.

Copper Twill Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is available in different sizes and wide-range can be customized to fit your exact specifications in order to meet your specific application requirements. Copper Twill Dutch Weave Wire Mesh could be Woven and Welded.

Applications

Copper Twill Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is extensively used for filtering heavy materials since it supports greater loads than the dutch weave and has finer openings than the plain weave. Copper Twill Dutch Weave Wire Mesh is widely utilized as the finest filtration in hydraulic systems, especially for critical applications, such as aero-space and fuel and find applications in a wide range of industries according to mesh sizes and Copper Twill Dutch Weave Wire Mesh materials.
