Yes. We manufacture wire mesh, sieves and perforated sheets to custom sizes, mesh counts, hole patterns and specifications based on your drawing, sample or process requirement.
Which materials do you work with?
Our range includes SS 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 321, 347, 410 and 904L stainless steel, plus carbon steel, special alloys and non-ferrous metals.
How do woven and welded wire mesh differ?
Woven mesh interlaces wires over and under each other for flexibility and fine apertures. Welded mesh fuses wires at each intersection, giving it greater rigidity and structural strength.
How do I choose the right mesh count or sieve size?
Selection depends on the particle size you need to separate, retain or filter. Our technical team can recommend an aperture based on your material, process and applicable industry standard.
Do your sifter sieves follow international standards?
Yes. We manufacture to international mesh and sieve standards and can match customer-specific or regional certification requirements on request.
What perforated sheet hole shapes are available?
We offer round, square, slotted, hexagonal and decorative hole patterns, along with custom shapes designed around your technical or aesthetic requirement.
Can perforated sheets be fully customized?
Yes. Sheet thickness, hole diameter, pitch, open-area percentage, pattern layout and finish can be customized for your application.
Are your products suitable for heavy-duty or high-temperature use?
Many of our mesh and sieve products are engineered for heavy-duty industrial and high-temperature environments. The correct material and grade are selected for the operating conditions.
Can I evaluate a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. Samples can be supplied so you can verify quality, mesh count and specification before proceeding with production quantities.
