Woven wire mesh, welded wire mesh, wire cloth, sifter bolting cloth and specialty mesh, in a wide range of materials, mesh counts and wire diameters for filtration, screening and architectural work.
Can you make mesh, sieves and sheets to custom sizes?
Yes. Beside our standard stock, we make wire mesh, sifter sieves and perforated sheets to your roll width, cut size, mesh count or hole pattern, working from your drawing.
Which materials do you work in?
Stainless steel in SS 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 321, 347, 410 and 904L, and also Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium, brass, copper, galvanized iron and mild steel.
What is the difference between mesh count and micron size?
Mesh count is the number of openings in one inch of cloth; the micron size is the width of each opening. The wire diameter links the two: aperture in mm = 25.4 ÷ mesh count − wire diameter. So 100 mesh with 0.10 mm wire opens at about 154 microns.
Do you make replacement sieves for vibro sifters?
Yes. We make replacement and custom sifter sieves for vibro sifters, multi mills, fluid bed dryers and other machines. Send the machine model or the sieve diameter, the frame type, the mesh or micron size and the material.
What hole patterns do perforated sheets come in?
Round, square, slotted and hexagonal holes, and custom decorative patterns, punched in staggered or straight rows. Staggered rows give more open area for the same hole size and pitch.
What is your minimum order?
It depends on the product and the material. We take small orders for prototypes and samples as well as full container loads for export.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. We can send sample pieces so you can check the mesh, test the material grade and inspect the sizes before we dispatch the bulk order.
